So I finally received some concrete info from the Retro Rides Goodwood Event Team  Yay
The Goodwood weekender website is here - retroridesweekender.com/ - They are currenrtly 50% sold out on weekender/camping tickets so get on it if you want both days and camping.
You can buy tickets for Saturday, Sunday or both days as a weekender ticket with camping, as well as any merch, here - store.retro-rides.org/
You need to add your car to our club here - retroridesevents.com/CarEntry It is one 'Car Booking' per car. The 'Club ID' is 2nr5u20eqal The 'Ticket Number' is the number... on your ticket. 
Once you have clicked 'Submit' you will be given an individual number - KEEP THIS. I don't know why you need it, but they've put a big importance on keeping this number safe in my email update from the organisers. My suspicion is that you'll need it to log in to your own personal area on the Retro Rides website once they've rolled that out, so you can update personal details etc., Screenshot it, email it to yourself, print it, paint it on your front wing, get it as a tattoo... All of these options are allowed, just some not as advisable as others. Just keep it safe.
You should receive an email from Retro Rides in due course to give you the link to log in and change your details and stuff.

For some more clarification on what's happening when, there is a 'What's on' section on the website, but for those who cba...
The three main paddocks at Goodwood will be turned into three curated displays; a temporary mobile museum of sorts. The theme of these displays will be revealed over the coming months but they draw on the rich and varied influences on the retro scene and will include incredible cars.
Saturday - Will see the track run as a sprint, in a similar organisational manner to the Shelsey Walsh hill climb. Sunday - The track will be turned into a space for the exhibition of club displays. and Retro Parking. There will also be special line-ups of cars from workshops and dealers for you to check out, along with quality catering, trade stands and a few surprises stashed around the venue.
SATURDAY TRACK ACTION - In the form of a sprint, running the full length of the circuit. Entry is by advance application. Full details and cost on this will be announced 'soon'.
SUNDAY CLUB EXHIBITIONS - Club stands will be laid out on the track edge and through the venue as a display. They are not allowing any cars post Y-reg, with no lower limit.
CAMPING - I believe the camping facilities will be larger, and therefore hopefully better, than those at the Shelsey Walsh Gathering. There will be a relaxed atmosphere with food and drink available as well as... da-da-dadAAAAA - THE TAT AUCTION! If you've not experienced the Retro Rides tat auction before... it's brilliant. Just be sure not to be that person that ends up with the "Spoiler alert" and therefore having to enter it again in next years auction! (If you don't get this, ask FFS Corders )

Covering the history of Street Machine magazine from its launch until now with its recent relaunch. We'll be bringing in old feature cars and the current crop of some of the finest customised cars in the country. Pivotal to the UK modified car scene Street Machine cars influenced a generation of car builders and can be seen as the start of our beloved retro car scene. Expect hot rods, 'out there' customs, and the guys from Back to 89 VWs coming together to make one of the most interesting selection of cars you'll see anywhere this year."

TRACK
"On the Saturday we'll be running a point-to-point sprint from the pits, around the full circuit and back to the pits. This will be pre-booked and we'll ensure as diverse a range of cars as possible on track. Pre-booking for this will open at the end of February.
We will also have track action from one of the curated paddock displays, in two 20 minute sessions during the day"
CLUB PASSES
Club Passes will be issued to me as the organiser at the end of April. I should be able to edit forms/car numbers etc., within the next month or so, so please let me know if you need anything updating/changing.
I would like to have a full list of finalised attendees by April 16th 2018 so we have a reasonably solid idea on numbers. ObviousLy please do still purchase tickets etc up until the day... If you want to be part of the club stand, I'm sure there will be a little wiggle room for more attendees.

Paddock 2 - NEW - "Special Saloon and Motorsport Racers Some of the most spectacular cars ever to grace a circuit, from the legendary Baby Bertha and Chevy Beetle, through Thundersaloons and into the current Wendy Wools sponsored CSCC series Special Saloons and Modsports have been providing incredible entertainment and amazing builds since the 60s. We'll have one of the largest collections of Special Saloons assembled in one place for the last twenty years or so, covering off the whole range from current competitors to legendary cars that haven't been seen out for many years. Not only will you be able to see them in the paddock all weekend, but on the Saturday they will be taking to the track for two demonstration sessions. This is not to be missed."
Paddock 3 - NEW - "Lay N Play Lowrider Display The Lowrider scene in the UK has been around since the 80's, it has always been a small group of people, but over recent years it has started to grow and grow. The range of cars has grown too. The Lay N Play guys will be bringing along a full set of lowriders from the classic Impala and Monte Carlos to the more unusual European type builds with Ladas, Mercedes and Hondas all represented. There will be hopping demonstrations, some three wheeling action and all the good times you expect to associate with this really fun group of cars. Retro Rides are looking for a 'Noah' approach and so, will probably only have 2 of the 'same' car per session (as in Morning/Afternoon) Price for sprint is £45 for 3 runs on track, however, this is time and behavior monitored Noise limit - 105dB static, 101dB drive past You cannot pre-book for both a morning AND afternoon session, so you have to pick one Runs on the track will be grouped into 'ability' of car, not driver If you get a spot to sprint on track, On the day, you will need - - Valid Driving Licence (photocard or paper) - To complete indemnity form and attend drivers briefing - No requirement to prove MOT or insurance cover - Helmet Cancellation Policy - "As a result of a number of cancellations at the last event we are implementing a cancellation policy – up to two weeks before the event will refund and offer the space to reserve – after that point we will not refund."
