It's crazy what is going on with used car prices over here at the moment, especially with Miatas. I bought my 2006 2 years ago for $5k and I see similar cars, same age, same milegae etc going for $7.5k+ now. Unfortunatly my brother in law wants to buy mine so I'm going to have to cut him a family deal We've just bought an sq5 and they were disappearing out of garages as fast as I could drive there. I was planning to get a 135 and possibly do an engine swap (or at least a silly tune), but the prices are nuts. We have a hire car for two months, and it is absolutely killing me (pov spec camry with the worst gear box in the world), but I might just wait for a second car. Anyway. Enough about me... Get ready for some cold windswept techs in the UK. And it will be shi ttingly cold, regardless of the time of year. Take a big coat and gloves.

Haha, after living in sunny southern CA for 6 years and 5 in North Carolina the weather is the part I'm dreading most about moving back.
I suppose it's swings and roundabouts to some degree. Sitting in line waiting for your autocross run with the top down in 95f+ and crappy Miata air con also isn't too much fun.

Not used to it at all. But better than the perma-drizzle...

I drove my RHD Mazda in Spain without problems and then my LHD Citroen in Uk with similar ease.

Agreed, the hand of drive isn’t the problem, it’s getting used to changing gear with your right hand.
