Ron's sorted me out with a flocked charcoal/black instrument cluster cowl. Trouble with early mk1s's cowls are that they are gloss and reflect way too much light. I cracked my original shiney one, got a replacement shiney and thought bah, excess shiney. So on someone's suggestion asked Ron for a flocked one Results... You can go outrageous or if you stick with black which looks rather oem IMO. Yours beflockedly, Alex

Was it me that suggested it after you killed your original one fitting the shift light? If so, I'm glad to be an enabler lol Looks awesome, I want to do the same! Is it ok to post up costs??

Wanted one of these ever since I first drove my car towards the sun! Is that an outright price or did you have to send your original to him to get flocked?
