My supercharged car has developed the above problem.
Lightened flywheel, 6 puck clutch and 6 speed box.
Low RPM changes are fine but when right up at the top it's started grinding. Biting point hasn't moved as far as I can tell. It's about half way along the travel.
Any ideas guys?

Worst Case Scenario head on here, but could it be the box synchromesh on the way out from all the power? But then I guess it would be brokened all the time if that was the case...? It sounds like the plates aren't separating properly but I can't think why it would only happen at high revs, as anything mechanical would surely operate the same at any engine/box speed? It might be the case that the only way to know is to split the gearbox from the block and check out the whole assembly - hassle and £££, though...

Could it be the gearbox moving about too much causing iffy gear changes? I've had the same intermittently but didn't notice anything after replacing the collar at the bottom of the gear lever, but when changing it did notice that the gearbox is quite jiggly even by hand.

I've had that in other cars but figured the linkage is part of the box so movement shouldn't be an issue.
Think I need to get ti down to Skuzzles and have a poke around.

Clutch Slave a bit weak? When mine started to give it crunched it's way through gears at high rpm on track until it got worse and affected daily driving.

Funnily enough my car is the opposite - 2nd particularly can be a little crunchy at low RPM but at high RPM it goes in perfectly.
