While the engine is in pieces, measure up the inlet mani as well - nothing on the market really for boosted applications, something with shorter runners and tapered chamber would be neat. That's a great idea, we'll be doing this as we have it apart. Probably something for our D52 Version 2 build!

That support across from manifold to turbo could be sold separately couldn't it? As long as the bracket is specific to the turbo mounting you're using. We'll certainly have it available, we thought the exact same thing. Great minds!

Any progress on the decat pipes mate? Hi mate, We've got a pattern for a 440mm cat so we'll get something sorted this week. Would it be helpful to have a lambda boss in the pipe at all? Cheers, Dave

A front tow eye like this would be super rad if possible?? Just a random idea, but saw it and though it could look real good on a 5!

On the mk1/mk2 you have the towing eyes just on each side of the hole in the bumper - most tow-hooks you see are a straight-ahead cutting like a knife (so it doesn't mess with airflow) - you wouldn't want a "flat against body" style one there because it's just something that blocks flow, in an area where flow is much desired. On the mk3/mk4 the tow hooks are in the style above and a little out of the flow. i.e. with flat bumper behind it.

That amount of metal for the tow-hook surely sin't going to stop that much airflow?! The amount of race Mk1 that still have pop ups surely stop more air than a small metal ring would?
Not sure, was an idea, but looks good IMO!

Mr Daves. RE Wind Deflector Brackets. Will these fit rollbars with harness bars? Wanting to keep my mk2 wind deflector with the rollbar!

Not sure if there's anything already out there but a two piece round alloy flange that would tidy up the area around roll bars where they pass through the carpet on the parcel shelf.

I have an idea...
Can I have a front toweye mounted timing strut that can also hold a side mount numberplate please? Even better if the toweye could be binned and the new piece bolts onto the toweyes boltholes...
I don't know if it's possible, but if the timing strut was sturdy enough and had a large hole through the middle, could it also be a tow hook?

I know you do the Randall style intake, however for those who don't want to cut their firewall something similar to an ARC chamber, they are starting to go for silly money.
Must be an opportunity there with CAD and fluid flow dynamics at your disposal.
