Ever since fitting my SC I have been plagued by a belt squeak for the first 5-10 minutes after start up, it’s quiet when warm.
Noticed that the belt ran slightly off centre on the tensioner pulley.
The other day I reformed the washer bottle with a bit of heat and an aerosol can, this gave me enough clearances for some rearward adjustment.
Yesterday I moved the charger back by a mere 3mm, result! Not a sound on startup, the belt had been sliding across the pulley causing the chirping, after all previous checks with straight edges, spirit levels, lasers, plumb lines and a ouija board, I would have sworn it was bob on.... boundless joy.

Good work. Getting the belts perfect on these is always a struggle.
