as above realy, I've decided that my Eunos needs a diferent screenwash reservoir & excluding the various aluminium fabricated offerings there is the OE offering as fitted to the Suzuki Capuccino. a little reserch shows that that an easy supply is the 'Rakuten Global Market' (as documented mighty5s.com/thread/2601/nopro-washer-bottle-suzuki-cappuccino ) so a bravery pill later & some illegable emails needing google-translate & I think that I have ordered a reservoir (OR I have ordered 1,000 reservoir's & need to collect??) waiting for HMRC to demand an offering when (IF?) the delivery lands in the UK from the land of the 'rising-sun' more info to come as & when I find out what happens Rich. (in anticipation & . hoping to NOT get arrested for import issues )

Depends on the value of the package, probably be some amount of import duty and possibly a handling fee from the carrier on top of the delivery charge

I await your results with interest same here as to import duty / vat & maybe handling charges, I guess 20% for vat & the postoffice will want a cut..... note to anyone thats interested, I believe that I have bought directly from Suzuki in Japan through the sales service 'Rakuten Global Market'... interestingly I had contacted a local Suzuki dealer & was told that there was no stock Rich.

Well, its taken a few days (weeks ...) but theres a parcel from Japan waiting for me in Swansea's parcel-farce depot awaiting collection AFTER I pay.... £13.92 Import VAT. & £11.25 'Clearance' fee (zero rated for VAT) so a total of £25.17 on top of the purchase & postage costs so, off to collect tomorow & pay then another job off the list Rich.

Sounds about right, that clearance fee is an admin charge for dealing with the VAT on your behalf.. or something like that

so all in it's come to around £60? probably? I cannot remember off the top of my head the origonal cost also the postage was about same as cost of reservoir! (a gazillion yen? ) anyway, presuming that I managed to buy the correct reservoir, its possibly a cheaper option than a fabricated item & I prefer the oem look of a 'blown' plastic reservoir even though my car is not the sort that is at a show. will find out tomorow whats in the box & if it was worth the money Rich.

will find out tomorow whats in the box & if it was worth the money Rich. nothing in the box............ as it was a waxed paper bag anyway, seems that my terrible attempt at reading & not quite translating Japaneese (even with the vague help of google translate) means that I have a nice, new & clean Suzuki Capuccino screenwash reservoir now the fun of deciding where it will live & how to make it live there..... Rich.
