Lots of you will know this, I didn't.....
I have had no problems with my NC's but I read this in an American site and thought it might help someone. As indeed it would have done a few weeks ago at a track day at Blyton Park. so here it is....

We have a beautiful car on the dyno now and during the flashing process the battery was drained enough to stop it from starting. He tossed the jump box on and the first crank we heard a pop.
Couldn't start the car, no starter click.. The customer was convinced it was a starter due to recent occurrences so he changed it on our dyno ramps.
New starter, same thing. Turned out to be the fusible link that's entirely hidden below the first level of the fuse panel.. Lovely.

I agree. If the above is true. And I can't see why it wouldn't be, it's this sort of stuff that can get you out of a huge garage bill.
I hate that saying ... "Knowledge is power", but it kind of is, if you know what to do with whatever knowledge it is.
There's another crazy thing I heard about the NC along these lines, but I've forgotten it!
Oh yes, that's it it's to do with getting the PRHT up if the motors fail and the top is down. But what it is exactly .... I've still forgotten ...... old people eh?
