Lowest OE Seats mk1 or 2

Hi all

A quick question regarding factory for seats on mk1s and 2s. Do any seat you lower than others?

I ask as someone recently mentioned to me that mk2.5 sport seats sit you slightly lower than my g-ltd seats do (and also offer slightly more lateral support too).

Can anyone confirm or deny such rumours at all!?

My experience is that mk2.5 sport seats (the leather/heated tombstone ones) sit you a few inches higher compared to early mk1 JDM tombstones.

My parents swapped from latter to former in their early mk1 and they are definitely much higher.

I recon a foamectomied mk1 jdm tombstone would be the ideal ?

Thats interesting... I was weighing up options whether to stick with the G-ltd seats but with some foam removed from the base and maybe a little added for lumbar support.

Maybe a tombstone would help further?
