Hi all,
Long time no see! Can't even recall when I last posted on a forum! Lots of stuff has happened in my life over the past couple years. Battling the big sad, finding love and two adorable cats, moving in with said cats and their person whom I'm incredibly fond of. That sort of thing.
Anyway, I've owned a few cars since the red mk1.5 roadster thread tailed off.
The Coolbrolla went to the scrapyard in the sky, I think I'd like another at some point.
I also owned for a short while a 1.2 Clio which I actually popped the headgasket on, fixed that and then full on blew a hole in a piston, on the way back from viewing the next daily, a somewhat ropey looking Fabia VRS. I've put nearly 40,000 miles on the Fabia in the year and a bit I've owned it and it's doing okay now since replacing the turbo core, the clutch and flywheel and the ARB d bushes and brackets.
But one car which has sat neglected in the garage at my mum's place for a couple years now that my partner has convinced me I should keep, is the Mighty AX. My little sleeper baguette and champagne retrieval machine.
Will update with photos of all the vehicles mentioned shortly.
