You also don’t want people chasing tenths when everyone else is just there to have fun. The great thing about the M5s weekender is that everyone is out to make sure everyone else has a great day, not so one of us can set a PB. So sometimes you just hang back and do a little booty watching, other times you push on and try squeezing a little more out of it… if you want some lap times, get a GoPro and watch the footage back  you’ll get a time accurate to a 30th of a second |

Thank you guys, you’re awesome.
As for timing it’s an insurance thing. If you’re timing you’re being a competitive and that adds a whole more risk to be insured against. This is standard practice in uk track days where timing is prohibited.
